There was only one employee working and he didn't know how to make anything. The sundae I got was so disappointing It had chocolate sauce instead of fudge and none on top. One of my friends ordered something he didn't even know existed. Please have someone working at all times that knows how to make things.
Employees here are rude. Was not impressed by the cleanliness of this hole in the wall. Go to Washtenaw dairy right down the road. Support your local business.
Everyone had on masks and kept far apart. The staff was friendly and the ice cream was good.
They had the 31 flavors as advertised. Multiple choices of toppings, cones, dipped cones, and lots of YUM!!
Remember coming here as a kid. Pretty much consistent with those memories. Still many ice cream choices, and exciting for kids!
The staff in here are friendly and always get your order to you in a timely fashion. Always clean, always a mellow and relaxing lobby. May be a little pricey if you're looking to save money.

Amazing ice cream options, diverse flavor choices, and a wealth of options for customizing what you want. Staff is mostly young and could be friendlier at times and the facility is pretty old and worn-down building could use an update, but overall an enjoyable ice cream experience.
