Staff not trained for customer service. Went to buy strawberry cheesecake $13.99 fresh pack medium. She did not weigh to make sure if it was the right quantity.
Customer service could definitely use some work but Baskin Robbins ice cream is a personal favourite.

This Baskin Robbins is one of the best ice cream stores in town. Everything is nice, clean, and fresh, but the highlight of this store is the staff and their service. I'm pretty sure its family ran, they're always helpful and let you try a ton of flavours.
I ordered a rum and raisin shake size medium and the milk used was sour. I was so sick. Aweful that they did not check the milk before serving. They could really hurt someone.
The reason I'm giving 2 stars because the man who was working didn't wash his hands after he made cash transaction with the customer who was in front of me...i hope I dont this happens again Considering the time we are in.
Horrible customer service. The cashier a young lady was so impolite.
