These guys are incredibly honest, and their prices are always really fair. I will continue to do business with them and highly recommend you do so as well. I had some weird issues trying to get the airbag replacement light to go off in order to pass an inspection. They took their time addressing the issue, trying multiple solutions, and giving me an incredibly decent price considering all the time they had to spend on my car. Five stars all the way!

Got a flat and was happy to find this spot in my neighborhood. Brought them the tire and was told they’d get me the exact same one within a day! Sure enough bossman called me the next day and had a tire for me. Wasn’t the exact same brand/kind like they’d promised, but I wanted to support a local business and was sort of in a pinch so I shrugged it off and didn’t say anything. Thought I’d at least save some money by putting it on myself, but the guy running the place said the price was the same with or without labor. Uff; charged me $135.

I've been a customer here for a few years, always small stuff. But now my cars are getting old and the big stuff needs work. I've had windows replaced, struts replaced, motor mounts replaced, exhaust work, gaskets replaced, tires all replaced here and it's always just right. I can always get straight within a day for most stuff with an appointment and even sometimes without! Truly a better experience from a family owned small business than any big box shop. Thanks!

Mr. Baskfield and his staff have provided service on my vehicles for over twelve years. He is knowledgeable, friendly and most of all offers affordable prices for his services. He and his entire staff are ASE Certified Technicians the same certification that dealerships have, yet you do not get charged dealership prices. I highly recommend this wonderful family owned business for your automotive needs.

Do not go to this place! They will try to rob you. I took my car there and they tried to sell me a engine I don't need! My car was also damaged while left on a lot the second time I took it back for the work they did the first time. Each time I took my car there they kept it for a week! Never called me the second time??? I had to call the shop on the 5th day which was a friday they don't open on saturday's and go get my car! I don't think they touched my car the second I took it back they just let it sit???? The work done on my car was not quality service at all so, I got a second opinion from firestone and was told I didn't need engine?@!$#*! Firestone repaired the work this shop didn't do right and a little more. I worked out of this van for many years with my oldhead before it had broken down in march I saved it from the scrapyard and I knew something was not right just by the way they were talking to me. They thought I had just brought it and didn't know the car. I wished I could have documented the whole thing better I would have sued them in court, so I lost almost $1,000 because none of the repairs were done correctly I still had leaks that I paid to have stopped? Once I spent 3 hours under the hood changing the cooling lines that were cut wonder how that happened? then went to firestone it ran a 100 times better than before. Now, I'm riding great no problems. Don't waste your time or money!!! I lost 4 days of work dealing with this shop! I really think that they should fire the tech who worked on my car if they were not in on this scam!!?@#%*! I will never go to this place or recommend to anyone again...

These guys are GREAT! When my son was at school at VCU, he had some car problems and these guys took good care of us, got the repairs done quickly, and the price was very fair. My Daughter graduated from VCU a year ago and stayed in Richmond. They have done typical maintanance and repairs on her car for the last 4 years and have always been great. This week, her care broke down a few miles from the city. It was a broken axle. They arranged for a tow truck and got the repair done the next morning. I cannot say enough about how fair they are and how helpfull. When your child is out of town, you need someone you can trust to keep their car running safe.
