Basin Refrigeration Heating Plumbing & Electric

I normally do not post reviews at all but this one takes the cake. I called for a simple estimate on our water heater. You'd think this would be a painless experience, that's where your wrong. I'm not sure if the woman who answered the phone was going through an emotional crisis, or didn't take her happy pills that morning. She said we do not give estimates over the phone even for a water heater. She wouldn't allow me to give her the model number, the brand, anything! I asked for the owner very politely to maybe get some sort of answer. Sum things up, call a different place and avoid a headache. Some people just don't know what happy is.

Do NOT use this Company "RIP OFF" they take advantage of the unknown, best you don't even contact them, period.

Amazing service. My capacitor died in my outdoor compressor, so no AC and it was about 90 outside the past couple days. I called Basin and they had a tech scheduled in less than 24 hours. The technician arrived 20 minutes early and had me fixed up within half an hour. The diagnostic fee was only 40 bucks, about half of what the "other guys" quoted me, and gave me a quote for the remaining work right up front. The price was fair and he even had the part on hand. The "other guys" refused to give me any kind of estimate and would have had to order the part, so I would have paid more money and been another day without AC. Bottom line, go with Basin. Great service and fair prices.
