We’ve been wanting to try Basil House for awhile, so ordered takeout. Tried the satay combo meal, and it may not look like a lot of food, but it was quite filling! The mango salad was delicious, and the pad Thai was tasty. We wanted to try both the beef and chicken skewers and they were able to accommodate the request. We’ll be back, there are so many other item to try!
We didn't know where to go for dinner and decided to give Basil House a try. No word of a lie, This is our new favorite place to dine. The pho, wow so much flavor. The red curry chicken, amazing. We will be back with family and friend's. You gotta try it out.Food: 5/5

My husband and I tried Basil House. We search for good Thai restaurants. Tonight we can add Basil House to our list and will definitely will be returning many times in the future. Food is delicious, portions are large, and priced right. We shared Pad Thai chicken, Orange Cashew Chicken, Mango salad, and lemongrass soup. All dishes were really good. Will come back again to try other dishes.

If you're a fan of pho, you have got to try this place — it's hands-down the best pho I've had in this city! My husband is Vietnamese so it takes a lot for him to be impressed, we are now becoming weekly regulars. They also have amazing Thai Food. Do yourself a favor and go ASAP! This is one of the worst experiences I had with a restaurant. Food was very oily and over cooked and didn’t taste great and the gentleman serving didn’t care about the service at all. We had a party of 3 people and we were only given place settings for 2 people. When asked during ordering for a smaller portion of soup for our child was told they could give a bowl only. Server was very dismissive and not friendly. A glass of water accidentally spilt on the table, we apologized for spilling, server didn’t acknowledge us during the interaction and pushed the water onto the floor. No providing extra napkins so we could finish cleaning up the spill while my child kept saying “it was an accident”. Very disappointing experience overall. We will not be returning. Kid-friendliness: Would not recommend for families. Not kid friendly at all.
