Had a warranty issue with a tank that was installed 10 plus years ago, Doreen, Dallas, Candace, and even the delivery guy were great to work with and absolutely had no issues with having to replace the tank. I appreciate a company that stands behind their products and provides great service.
Unmatched prices and customer service. I was in a bind and they stayed open 20 minutes past close even when I offered to come the following day. I spoke with an employee and he was very friendly and thorough in answering all of my questions about their products, and their applications and manufacturing processes. And They even loaded and unloaded my truck. I would highly recommend making the extra miles and taking all of your concrete needs to Bashaw Concrete Products, as they are undoubtedly the best choice for Central Alberta and surroundings.
