Very happy with my experience overall. Food was fresh, staff were efficient despite the line up and the bang for buck is good considering the variety and portion size. My colleagues and I were all pleasantly surprised with the taste. I had the falafel salad plate with 4 varieties of salad. I will definitely be back again.
I am very satisfied with the service and the food. I have ordered a beef shawarma wrap. Overall, it was flavorful and tasty. The serving size and price is reasonable. You can tell that they strive to excel by how pleasant their personnel were. They evn offered to give me a bag for no extra charge but I told them I don't need it.Food: 5/5
I think we went in there with high expectations but something was not right. We ordered #13 which is mixed plate but got beef only someone did not pay attention “Hot sauce” is tasteless and is not spicy, I think they can do better on that end. The beef was a bit over cooked, not sure about chicken since we did not get our order right. They do offer garlic sauce and humus but no pita. Need to add more drinks to the menu. I would have definitely given 5 star but the review has to be realistic. Besides that they seem to be very nice on customer service. Orders are getting ready pretty fast! The meat is halal Pricing is very much standard for todays market. Will stop by another time to see if there are any changes.
Pretty good and fresh. I used to work downtown and normally went to the waterfront location. The portions in Metrotown are not as big and they don’t give you pita even though Waterfront does.
Not sure if it’s Halal or not, we thought since it’s shawarma it’s Halal but didn’t see any sign. Other than that it’s similar to the shawarma we we used to eat in Jordan. Potato and mtawameh as we say are very delicious. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, potatoes, and 2 drink for 26$ There are lots of other options as well, but if it’s not Halal we’re not going to eat again.
The spicy sauce is quite mild so don’t worry about saying yes to it. The staff is efficient and friendly. Nice to see more food spots in this area of the mall.
Highly recommended Amazing food with authentic taste Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Love this place and will continue to visit.
This is the nicest Shawarma establishment I’ve ever see. So clean and organized the food is as fresh as you can get and the staff are friendly and engaging. It’s a new must do every time I come to Metrotown. Keep up the good work.Recommended dishesChicken Shawarma
What an incredible addition to Metrotown. Such incredibly fresh food and extremely tasty. No microwaved falafels here, deep fried to order. Friendly staff as well. Can't wait to work through the menu.
Mixed wrap 9 dollars without tips. Not bad overall. Better than abduls his are falling apart.. Good idea but difficult to eat without a plate and fork. People nice and attentive. Not the best shawerma in the world but not bad either.
