We were very impressed by Baseline Biscuits. The food and drinks were great, the service was fast, and they were very accommodating for our young child. The restaurant itself was very clean it had a 50s diner vibe to it, and the staff were very friendly. It was certainly worth the drive from Hood River for this breakfast spot!Food: 5/5
Can't stress this enough: BEST BREAKFAST JOINT IN THE GORGE! The biscuits are the size of my head ok, maybe a toddlers head and freshly made and baked DAILY! I've only tried the sausage gravy, but I want to put it on EVERYTHING. Eggs cooked to perfection, big, thick pieces of bacon. House made jam. You will not leave hungry! I can usually only eat half of my biscuit, but that just means i get to have leftovers Fun cocktails if you're feeling adventurous! Everyone I have taken to eat at "Biscuits" has had nothing but excellent things to say, but don't take my word for it, GO GET YOU SOME!
I had the shrimp and grits. Simply put this was one of the best meals I've ever had. The flavor combo was explosive. It came with a bunch of fat, perfectly cooked shrimp. The sauce was absolutely out-of this world. If you haven't had a meal here you are missing out. Kid-friendliness: Awesome kids menu with coloring options
Ok, we don't read restaurant reviews to find out about the authors, but you should know that I have eaten a lot of breakfast in Oregon. I've had mediocre, good, and great breakfast in high class joints and greasy spoons all over the state. So, when I say this is the best breakfast in Oregon I know what I'm talking about. Eat here. Clean your plate. And revel in your best impulses.

These giant, beautiful, delicious biscuits are totally worth a trip to Parkdale, be it from Odell, Dee, Hood River, Portland, Seattle, Alaska or parts beyond. Get up here and get your biscuit on!! Super nice people and great breakfast and coffee along with the dreamy biscuits.
Delicious food at a great price. The homemade biscuits and gravy is fantastic. Definitely recommend this hole in the wall if you're passing through town.Food: 5/5
