Approached Barton Plumbing and Heating Limited for advice regarding heating / hot water system in house we had just bought. No prior knowledge of them. Professional and quick reply to my email contact and arranged visit. In the interim, I could not plumb in our washer so Owen was dispatched same day to sort it out - no fuss - job done. Dan and Holly visited the day after and we decided to ask for a quote to replace heat only boiler with new Ideal combi boiler and replace some radiators that were old and would not heat up. Quote arrived within a couple of days. Accepted quote and programmed work in. The whole process was simple, easy to understand the equipment and advice provided to answer our queries. Dan and Owen turned up for two days at 8.00am and were still here both days late at night to complete job. Explained what they would be doing each day with regular updates. No fuss, no music playing and no issues. Very professional, courteous and respectful of our property. We are over the moon with the new heating system. The house is cooking! System was flushed out and all radiators are fantastic with new TRVs. The boiler / new pipework is so neat and tidy. No mess left each day. The new system also improved our shower water pressure. We fully would recommend the company and made the right choice. Thank you Dan, Holly and Owen - you all did a fantastic job. We would use you again for our future plumbing/heating needs. Ideal boiler is just what we wanted and came with a long warranty. Demonstration was easy to understand. Very happy customer. Received all warranty / gas SAFE paperwork promptly.
