Very happy with the level of care and communication I’ve received. Healing from a septorhinoplasty doesn’t happen overnight, and I appreciate Dr. Bartlett responding personally to any questions or concerns during recovery. Very natural, balanced results. Despite some of the negative reviews here, the admin assistant was very helpful and kind to me.
When I saw the reviews before calling this doctor I thought: “wow people are really picky talking about the receptionist, who cares” and then I called myself and felt so angry I wanted to leave a review too! I never had a receptionist making me angry, and it doesn’t reflect well on the doctor to have someone like that on their staff. I can only assume he’s as nasty as she is, whether that’s an accurate assumption or not. When you sell a service that costs more than 10k, the minimum you can do is having a patient, pleasant and just overall decent receptionist. You lost a client!
Dr Bartlett corrected a procedure I had done in the past that I wasn’t happy with. He was respectful, considerate and did an amazing job. I’m extremely happy with the results. His secretary Noreen was also fantastic. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Bartlett 100%.
Great initial meeting, helpful and clear instructions before and after the surgery. The operating room team each came by to introduce themselves before the surgery and the whole process was personal. Dr. Bartlett was friendly and answered all my questions. He seemed to really care about my experience.
Misdiagnosis, dismissive doctors, and horrible customer service.. I had a bad experience with their ENT specialist. She was dismissive of my symptoms and complaints regarding my ear, and missed my cholesteatoma which was later diagnosed by a different specialist within literally 15min of my visit and confirmed as needing urgent surgery following a later hospital MRI which she misdiagnosed as an ear infection. I also had a horrible experience with their front desk staff, who just hung up on me mid-conversation..something I've never experienced before from customer service or medical staff. Would not recommend..
Trying to deal with receptionist in completing forms for my spouse for severe jaw pain, received several pages to be filled out by patient AND doctor. Most were NOT, receptionist will keeps saying "well we have never had to do this before" I'm sorry, but at what point do you consider yourself the Group Life advisor ?? If the insurance company says the doctor must fill these out, why are you being difficult ? This is preventing her from the treatment she needs !! My god, I sincerely hope the owner/doctor is reading this, deal with your staff ! *Update: To owner that was gracious enough to respond, Dr.Bartlett, I was a patient of your clinic. I did not see you personally, but it is your practice as it has your name on the door. I emailed your email address jabartlett1 but the responces came from your staff and not you ! How would you suggest I contact you directly ?
I had a high quality experience with Dr. Bartlett. Office visits were good, communication with receptionist was good, and surgery healed well. I cannot describe how appreciative I am now that I can breath easier through my nose

I had a rhinoplasty done and it affected my breathing for two years. My ENT told me to avoid another surgery since it would be a complicated one. I found Dr.Bartlett and he said it would be a simple 20 minute procedure, and so it was. I can breathe better than ever!
