Bartlett Electric

Bartlett is taking advantage of people knowing we do not have another choice for electricity. Our bills range from $275-400+ every month which is absolutely outrageous. We are modest with our usage, and even still our bill says we’ve used an insane amount of electricity, which we know we have not. This has been going on for years. When we’ve called to discuss our bill, we’ve been told to reach out to local churches to see if they could help cover the cost. The audacity! The reviews speak for themselves. This is absolutely a monopoly.

Power goes out for 2 days during winter. They say it’s gonna be another 2 days before power comes back on. Power comes back in the next 2 days. Then shuts off the same day about 12 hours later… what’s going on here? I’ve got 2 grandparents I’m taking care of and 2 dogs as well. We’re all freezing over here and gotta pay full price for mediocre service.

Solar can't get here soon enough! February 2023. I understand it takes time to fix things, but how is it everybody else has power and I don't? There's power across the highway. There's power down the road in milano, there's power up the road in Rockdale and Cameron but somehow or other there's no power on County Road 380. As I'm throwing away spoiled food and dead fish, I'm more and more wishing that I could pay anybody else for electric service. The more I hear about how a significant portion of the damage sustained was because of a failure to replace the poles, which broke because they were rotten, I'm looking at that wonderful building that they're in and wondering what they do with all that money?

Absolutely the worst Power supply non-provider. Going on 5 days without power. According to the recorded message it will probably be 2 or more days before we have power. You can’t call the office during working hours and get any information without upset the young lady answers the phone.

98 hours without power. Cousin 1/8 mile from me has power. We both have Bartlett power. Milano, Rockdale, and people on 79 have power, but no power at my place on 79. Wonder if what I am being told now will work when my bill is due. Long day, sent check writer home, or due to coming storms, can't pay my bill.

HORRIBLE provider I have nothing good to say about them. Their rates are crazy high my first bill was $255 they pick and choose who pays a deposit it is NOT “credit based” it’s just as they please. There was an outage due to a storm and the power was out for HOURS well after the storm passed. Their power grid is not equipped or up to date with the new standards. They have monopolized this area so there is no other provider I can get over here. I will be leaving out of this area as fas as I can to get away from these people who rip you off.

Had these guys for 26 years. Rarely have I an outage, unless weather is extreme. Keep up the good work.

These people are a monopoly I’ve told them to check my meters multiple times for crazy usage and they don’t flag your doors for disconnection they don’t care about elderly people or ppl on life saving equipment not once did they show compassion for my grandma on life machine or tell me to call 911 instead the lady was telling me I should have checked my email I hope you have the life u deserv

I wish I could give 0 stars, our rates are outrageous and they charge us for them not being equipped to handle inclement weather. They've also monopolized the area so I can't even switch. It's just highway robbery at this point and they don't even care.

These guys are great each time I’ve had them come over Their service is outstanding After ice storm Trees all over lines and they went above and beyond to help me Thanks so much to those guys and to you all
