Judge Michael Schipper is unpleasant and perfectly fine with verbally and emotionally abusing people who cannot defend themselves in the gallery of his courtroom. He and Christopher Elsworth, assistant Prosecuting attorney for Barry county, engaging in over-sentencing first-offenders and making fake plea deals with defendants only to pull the rug out from under them. If you’ve had a run in with him, report his horrible misconduct to the Judicial Tenure Commission. No one is above the law.
