Visited the mosque after a long time as I live in Woodbridge. I’ve give less appreciation after my attendance at the 31 Oct Family Night. It was completely disorganized and nothing was arranged for kids, who were going wild inside the mosque. If you want to keep them out of Halloween celebrations, do arrange for interesting activities otherwise. Plan ahead and ask for volunteers and have specific chores charted out. I’m sure Barrie and its outskirts are full of highly skilled people who are willing to help. Just organize well ahead and reach out for volunteers.nBesides that, please fix the elevator, it runs as a snails speed..
One day, while traveling north for work, I set out thinking, “I’ll stop and pray the morning prayer here.” However, when I arrived, the congregation had already left.nnA few cars were parked outside, but we couldn’t enter the mosque. Why? It was locked. To me, this is a major oversight, and I believe the responsibility falls on you.nnAt the very least, you should leave an area accessible at the entrance for those who are late or passing by so they can pray. Otherwise, in my opinion, you should remove it from Google Maps, as it serves no purpose.
Very nice and clean mosque located very close to Hwy 400. Anyone going to Muskoka via Barrie can go to this mosque for prayer.
