Every time I go to this place (without an appointment), they never turn me away, but take care of my car right away. Okay, except once, when I walked in four minutes before closing, so that one is on me. Even though during the summer I had to return three times for the same problem, it got all sorted out eventually at no extra cost to me, obviously. The service advisors are nothing but friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend this place. As for people bashing the sales staff and managers, don't forget that's the nature of this dirty business. Their job is to rip you off and your job is to beat them at their own game and come out on top. Whoever has the most endurance will win... I've had encounters with dealers that make you want to vomit from the moment you walk in. These guys are nothing like that. My experiences with the sales staff, mainly one person, have all been pleasant. Just do your homework before you go in, know what you want, and how much you want to pay for it.

The sales staff is wonderful we just recently looked at this purchasing a RVR there an the staff was great my son also has a lancer and loves it! I recently made him an apt over the phone and the young girl at the very first desk was super helpful and understanding (considering it wasn't my car!) when we came in she greeted us right away! Service was a bit slow but did what we need to get done! Patrick was great. My only complaint was just something I over heard from who I assume was an employee she came from upstairs with a couple who had a rental car brochure in there hand after she came back in I over heard her taking to another male employee saying rude things about the customer and just laughing it off .. thought it was a bit immature considering she looked in her 30's But overall it's a great dealership 10-10 recommend it!!

I've been to this dealer for service a few times now, and every single time I've been met with wonderful service and friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be a return customer!

Sales associate Brett was good, but the service department, service manager and dealer are useless, rude and incompetent. Tried to discuss my feedback and concerns with the dealer after a 6 week experience with tires. He didn't bother to get up from behind his desk to greet me, and shrugged his shoulders and crossed his arms ready to create a confrontation as I walked into his office. I attempted to explain my dissatisfaction, concerns and why we would not use his service department again and he told me his staff did everything right, (apparently not filing the paperwork or connecting with the tire company is good customer service) and told me not to waste my breath or his time. That nothing I could say would change his mind and my feedback was useless.

Great dealership. Brett helped us purchase our 2016 Outlander last year. He was great! So friendly and took the time to explain lots about the vehicle. Also the young blonde girk in service is always so perky and happy.
