Excellent costumer service. The used car area of the dealership was amazing. Right from be patient with me trying to figure out what I wanted to finally buying my vehicle. Would recommend them, as they were patient and helpful.

I cannot stress enough about how amazing the customer service was. Our salesman, Tom, was a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. The financial manager, Chris, was also great and helped us get exactly what we needed for our new vehicle. We couldnt be happier with our new vehicle and service provided by Honda .

For a car dealership it was fine. I went during the day on a Monday. It took awhile for someone to help me. But he was friendly and helpful.

We bought our new Honda Fit here and are comfortable with the dealer's maintenance and service routines. Many of these offer decent value which we use even though we are capable of doing most maintenance ourselves.

I was searching the web the other day for a reliable used car and came across an auto advertised by Barrie Honda - being a Sunday, I drove to the lot to look at the car - clearly posted in the windshield was a green "Manager's Special" sign, with a price of $11,900 - seemed like a very good deal so I arranged to have my trade appraised, and gave them a figure that was acceptable to me - so far, a very pleasant experience..... Next day I was contacted by the salesperson (Chuck) and he informed me they would take my trade, but for $1000 less than what I was asking. I thanked Chuck and continued with my search. The following day I was contacted again, and was informed they would meet my asking price for my trade - so far, so good......... I then started to make arrangements to meet Chuck to finalize the deal, but when I enquired about the car I saw advertised, the price had mysteriously increased by $1,000. At this point, no big deal, I understand the "Manager's Special" may have been for a limited time, but after asking Chuck why the price change, he denied (multiple times, and backed up by the guys managing the web ads) it was ever advertised (either on line, or on the lot) at a lower price. I guess honesty/integrity are not virtues passed down from the parent company - way to go guys, I'm sure Honda Motor Co. would be proud of you!
