Welcoming and friendly staff that know their stuff and go out of their way to accommodate and help you. We were looking for a vehicle with specific requirements and a specific price range. Sarah helped locate an appropriate vehicle and find a way to make it work within our budget. She stayed late on a Saturday to help and arranged snow tires for us within a day. When we had to wait a little for Mike to finish with other customers, we even got some staff pizza to keep up our strength. Everyone was helpful and took the time to demonstrate the vehicle and all its features, ensuring we left with confidence to get the most out of our new car. All in all a great experience and highly recommended.

We are fairly new to Canada and don't really know the ins-and-outs of buying cars yet and due to us being so new our credit history is not in the greatest shape (still working on that). Another concern was affordability not only for the vehicle but insurance costs as well and of course we want to have all the bells and whistles! Poor Sarah had to run up and down to the finance office-which she did with a smile on her face and on top of this it was after her work day-to ensure we got the best deal. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and assist us. I would highly recommend Barrie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for your next vehicle; the staff and service are wonderful. The coffee is not that bad either ;-)

Purchased a Van this week from Moe, he was an outstanding help to me and family. Went in looking for CVP caravan and Moe was able to find us a 2017 GT model Caravan. Moe somehow made it work within our budget! We absolutely love it! He is knowledgeable friendly and went above and beyond for my family. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our new family van (that looks bad @$$ for a van by the way)! Just a great experience. Thank you Moe and the rest of your team for working so promptly and efficiently.

I bought a Dodge Ram st express back in December from Barrie Chrysler. I had a great experience Connor & Patricia were fantastic. I will recommend them to anyone that asks me where to look at a vehicle. They treated me like a friend they offered lots of information they were and still are open to any questions I may have about my vehicle. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with everything about the truck. Barrie Chrysler will be my go to dealer for as long as I'm in the area and I recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle to go there and ask for Connor. I was referred by a friend to go and have a look at some vans. I called earlier in the day to book a test drive and was told to come in and ask for Steve. When I arrived at the dealership was told Steve not working. Not a big deal, I was introduced to Sarah who was very pleasant to deal with and we came to an agreement. Everyone seemed to bend over backwards when it came to the delivery and this type of service does not go un noticed. Job well done!
