While sitting here at this hospital, I must say I am so impressed with the staff and doctors on staff. I've been here for awhile, which is fine, I know I am no emergency, but I am passing through so it is my only option to be here.... so I have just been listening to the staff interacting with their patients, and observing them interact with each one. It's the first hospital I've been too where everyone seems to love their job and happily caring for their patients. Even the doctor is so cheerful in her interactions with each patient, fully listening to each concern, and answering each question and trying to make sure each patient fully understands what is going on with their treatment process.That is so nice to see! Thank you for your help!

Not all doctors here are great but most are. I still think though that the nurses and desk staff should be able to tell us what doctor is on and answer some medical questions.

This hospital is an absolute joke. They couldn't even manage to send off records of an immunization to public health. I wouldn't trust this hospital to handle even a minor cut. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SYSTEM!!!!!!

I had to bring my son in as an emergency, he feel into a fire pit in thunder lake. The nurses and dr were excellent at getting him looked after quickly.

I had a wonderful experience here and would make the drive from Edmonton for any other procedures I may need in the future. Nurses in day surgery were amazing (Virginia, Carmen, Sarah and Rita), along with Dr Shibil and Dr Dorego. I am forwarding a letter to the hospital as well to ensure they know how thankful I am for the patient care they provided. Thank you for taking the time to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease.
