Simon was fabulous, no other words to describe it, but I will find a few! I was all over the place, westboro, vanier, beechwood, downtown, houses, condos; you name it. He sent me perfect listings and made a ton of appointments for me since I couldn't make up my mind, and all with a smile. He met me at work any time we needed to discuss or sign things as to not inconvience me and guided me towards properties in neighbourhoods I didn't know about as a new resident of Ottawa. We recently closed a deal on a place so great that I wouldn't have even dreamed about. He even helped us measure the place for new flooring and had the listing agent meet us there to show us how the washer and dryer worked. I highly recommend Simon for his knowledge of the city, of real estate law, integrity, condo laws, friendliness and flexibility.
