I love this place! The eggs are the best and freshest in Barnstable. The family who runs the place and their employees are cheerful, helpful and kind . The animals outside are fun for the kids to watch and they have great honey sticks. We also buy our Merrick pet food here and enjoy supporting a local business. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Very very very disappointed in this place. We decided to get some baby chickens. The day they had some come in, they called us as we asked, which was great. We go in and pick up 4 chickens. Our 6 year old sons birthday is coming up, so yesterday after picking him up from school took him in to pick out a very own baby chick of his own. He loved it so much and named it Annie. Annie was a great addition to the baby chicks we already had from earlier in the week. Unfortunately, though, Annie passed in the middle of the night last night at 2 am and we were awoken to the other chickens chirping to get our attention. We had a burial for Annie and our son was very sad. He was so sad, we decided to make another trip to this store and get another one. They refused to replace the dead baby chicken and insisted that if we wanted another one for our very sad son, we would have to shell out the cash to buy a new one. Very very very disappointed in this service. Any store would replace a broken item. And this was more than an item; it was a chicken, a life, a pet. What has the world come to.

Very good customer service,very polite me and my children love going there prices are very reasonable I buy all my horses supplies there.

Veru respectifull and very good customer service I saw someone commenting bad here but this person probably was in a bad mood when they went there because i always get the best services from them and also i get all my suplies there now they care for you and if you have a question they answer if you need something they try to find out for you...
