Very rude staff l was not greeted or even acknowledged. Definitely feel they discriminate I don’t see any diversity in your company. Even management there has been very rude to me . Racist company!

Everything is so nice. I have always loved music and books. They even have a café. I took my daughter there for story time and that woman, you can tell she had love for what she did. She was so awesome sauce, my daughter did not want to leave. We got coupons so I found a pretty book and got a huge cookie, juice and coffee very cheap for all that we got. The restrooms are clean!

Brick and mortar book stores are a dying breed but I still enjoy a quick visit to Barnes and Noble even though used book stores are more my style. The smell of the Starbucks coffee mixed with the smell of books is enticing but I rarely buy anything here anymore. I do like to check out the bargain books when I go in.
