I purchased a used washing machine for my home, I went in person to the location on Geary Avenue and was immediately helped to find a good machine in my budget which was small. I had questions about the warranty and delivery that were answered completely. Everything at every stage was exactly as promised. I had a problem with the machine - it is 10 years old after all. All I can say is that the service was exceptional, a skilled and friendly technician came and solved the problem completely. Everything was very easy to arrange over the phone, and every appointment was exactly on time. Buying a used appliance for your home is a serious business. It's crucial that the appliance works and is safe and reliable. Barcelona understands how important these purchases are and they stand by their products and services with an exceptional warranty program. Thank you Barcelona team!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. Where to even start. Delivery guys confirmed a time window and the didn't show up, twice. They don't answer texts or pick up the phone so I'm just waiting around all day for them to maybe show up. When they did, they were rough, and bashed my mailbox which then had to be replaced. The fridge that was delivered had a main shelf which did not fit and was obviously for another unit. Best part, the fridge stops working after a few weeks. You would think a company that delivered a defective product would hurry to replace it. Not these guys. 11 days between the time I initially contacted them and the time a replacement was delivered. 11 days with a fridge that is literally room temperature inside. Worst of all was Greg, apparently a head salesperson. He was very rude and aggressive with me on the phone, way below the bounds of acceptable human interaction, much less customer service. I can't say enough bad things about this company. Please take your business elsewhere.

Being a Real Estate Broker I am often in need to get quality appliances at an affordable rate. Barcelona Appliances has been there for me for the past 10 years. I have repeatedly purchased appliances for customers who bought and needed an appliance, customers who were selling and their own appliances were not functioning or older and I have also bought a number of items for my personal home. I would highly recommend Barcelona Appliances for excellent service, quality and ease to work with. A++++

Stay away from these liars! Spoke to the salesman Yuri and was told they have 2 fridges in perfect condition. He sent me pictures and both looked good and clean. Ordered 2 fridges and paid in full for the items, delivery and warranty for the year. When fridges arrived, both were damaged. The delivery was refused. I called Yuri right away and was told on the phone that money will be refunded. That was last time I heard from them. Yuri just started ignoring messages and calls. Thankfully, the money was disputed and refunded through bank after 2 months since they ignored bank as well. Worse company I had ever dealt with! Edit: I guess this is why bank refunded the money. You do remember the case. And yet, you never responded to my calls after promising the refund. As of "perfect", take a look at these photos. As I said, liars.

This is a great local place for used appliances. They were very friendly, and helped me choose the best brand. The prices were very good and the delivery and removal was also well priced. I would recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for a used appliance.

Asked if it was a new washer was told it was a good one. Turns out it was a second hand washer. Delivery and installed promised on Wednesday and was told every night the guy would come by 9:00 pm. Finally got a call back on Friday night at 9:00 but the guy was in Oshawa and wouldn’t be here for at least an hour. Finally installed Saturday afternoon. So bottom line is buyers bewared. Highly not recommended. Felt cheated and very disappointed.

WORSTTTTT. Took money more than 2 months ago and are NOT delivering the appliances as per the order. They delivered broken appliances different brand/ color than the order receipt. They don’t even fix the broken appliances. They do not respond to texts, calls or emails. When I call- they will not answer. If I call from another number, they will answer and then hang up on purpose. Called every single store and yet the same thing. They say they don’t have appliances and They won’t even refund the money. But if you go to their store- they will have exact same appliances you paid for available for sale. RIDICULOUS. Do NOT deal with them, spend a little more and get an item you want from reputable brand stores. They are thieves! I wish I had read some of the other reviews before dealing with them

Purchased a fridge and stove from the Barcelon Appliances a few months ago and the experience was great with the delivery and a service to the fridge. I approached Yury from Barcelona for two issues and he was very helpful in attending to the matters immediately. We definitely recommend this place for your appliance needs. Cheers.

I have bought a few appliances here over the years with no issues. This July this year I purchases a used fridge for a great price and the freezer stopped working in Nov. I called uo the store and they replaced the fridge withen a couple days. Amazing!! Thanks guys!!!

This place is a disaster I saw an Ad on KIJIJI and sent an e transfer very demanding once he gets your money the bank will freeze your account. He’s flagged and stay away people… what you see in the picture and what he delivers are completely different items then they will block your number so you can’t call anymore. I lost 1100 and now I have to pay to have this junk removed as well!!! STAY AWAY!!
