The employees working Feb. 28/23 at the east location between 5:30-6:30 were fantastic to deal with, very happy and helpful and clean. We had a great first experience there and the food was amazing! My new favourite place for sure! Fair pricing, amazing food and fantastic service!
We went there on a Friday evening and the young lady there refused to make my burrito. The young man was busy with my son’s and I asked if she could take my order so we wouldn’t have to wait an extra ten minutes or more. The young man told me she didn’t want to, though she wasn’t busy. So I canceled my order. He apologized but she didn’t care. We used to go there every weekend bc my son loves it but now we’re never going back.
Food is good but customer service is lacking. There was an error in the order and the staff told me about it before I left with my food however, they didn't offer to fix it or fix it when I asked. When following up with customer service they offered to make it right but then never actually followed up on the offer. I used to go here weekly but since it's lucky if I go there once a month. To follow up, I contacted customer service as requested below to only be ghosted again. Terrible customer service.
Love this place. Large burritos are huge!! Pull pork is my go to. Bbq chipotle sauce is perfect. Can’t go wrong here.
A USA Chipotle want to be. We ordered a bowl and they don't actually give you a bowl. It's a styrofoam container. We got a build a veggie bowl. They are very chincy on the toppings. I wanted more lettuce on my veggie bowl and didn't get much. The plastic forks are cheap and don't hold up to a burrito "bowl". Would love for their quality to step up to USA standards. The food was okay. They need better quality "bowls" and forks. My tiny thin 9 year wanted another one as it didn't fill her up. There is room for improvement.
My go to for when I want fast food but don’t want greasy gross food! They’ve got a great selection of tacos, burritos, even churros!! Plus, some fun soft drinks. They’re usually pretty quick even if there’s a lineup.
Solid burritos, I got the pork as, almost, always for me. Their chipotle sauce is pretty solid. They also have jarritos Mexican pop.
This place is amazing every time. Staff are so friendly food is the best Mexican food in regina. Place is always clean and easy parking. Highly recommended
For my first time, I was pretty impressed. My food was delicious, there were plenty of options to customize your order and it is fairly well priced. We spent 20 minutes here and only about 5 were spent on ordering. Very clean and organized. If I had to complain it would be about the shift in the bathroom door which did not allow for door to be closed. Had to look elsewhere for a restroom.
Great food as a guy who has cyliac its been a struggle and to see a place that sells something gluiten free but for a simmiler price to regular ones is amazing
