Walked in 20min prior to closing, the menu sign had been turned off and the attitude about serving us was incredible. Question answers given by staff were wrong, tacos made were just thrown in the box not really actual tacos and the chicken I believe was supposed to be strips was just smaller pieces were torn up and strewn on top of the tacos. Incredibly disappointing service, staff attitude and overall experience.
The food was amazing and within the price. Quantity and quality is on top. Friendly customer service. Everything looked fresh on the table. Overall was a great experience and highly recommend.Food: 5/5
I was patiently waiting for BarBurrito to open and they didn’t disappointed to all, ordered a cruchy chicken bowl and the flavours were amazing. From the quality to quantity and they fry fresh chicken every time. Interior was clean as expected from a new restaurant and staff was friendly and helpful, would sure visit frequently. Undoubtably the best Mexican food in Canmore Vegetarian options: They have veggie ground burrito and bowl Dietary restrictions: They have gluten friendly burritos
Newly opened fast food Burrito shop that seemed to be working quickly fast. Burritos were ok but $1 for little teaspoon of avocado they didn’t tell me it cost $1 lots to fill but of course rice beans are your main fillings. Include the avocado as it’s not much. Also add more meat the you will get 5 stars.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Bar Burrito by Divye I recently visited Bar Burrito with high hopes of enjoying a delicious Mexican meal, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the incredibly disappointing customer service. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism expected in the hospitality industry. First and foremost, Divye employee seemed disinterested and unengaged, displaying a lack of enthusiasm while taking orders and serving customers. It felt as though they were simply going through the motions, not taking the time to provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I hope that Bar Burrito takes these concerns seriously and makes significant improvements in their customer service to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons.
Love ordering here! Although when I ordered a bowl there was a super long hair in it. : Would definitely love to eat here again since its delicious but I am a little nervous to do so.Food: 5/5
I dont know how the people there are trained but they will put like a half scoop of meat and salsa into each taco and think that's okay. Portions are insanely small and i don't know if its just the owner being cheap but they really dont fill the tacos or burritos with enough meat. Literally would avoid this place like the plague. Also the employees look disinterested as hell.
Very poor level of customer service from boys. They were not paying any attention and talking to each other and using cell phones, And didn’t allow us to use public washroom. Never again we will visit this store. They are soo rude.Service: 1/5
