Amazing fresh food! The owner and staff are awesome. We didn't like the beef personally but we LOVE all the chicken and the shrimp! Very impressive quality for a fair price. They also have flavors of Jarritos that you can't find elsewhere in town, such as guava
The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were even better! Great quality ingredients, huge portions great bang for buck! and tasted excellent. Staff were super friendly, great customer service! Will definitely be returning, thanks bar-burrito team!
I prefer to have a few visits before rating a new location. This is the third or fourth, and though the first few were really good, I have to include this order into my review as it was abysmal. First 2/3 of burrito was ice cold and the rest didn't taste all that great. No napkins or anything included. This rating is not reflective of this single showing, if it was it would be 1/5. I've had great experiences with barburitto. I'll try them again in the future. But not for while after this time. Overall it's been good so would recommend trying yourself and seeing the outcome.
We tried this place for the first time. I had the bang bang shrimp bowl my wife had the chorizo bowl. We both were very happy with the the food it was really fresh and tasty. The portions are more than adequate and you feel satisfied. The staff are really nice and friendly we will be back for sure.Food: 4/5
The food was good. Portions were good. I know they are a new restaurant and still learning the ropes, but our personal experience with them showed huge lack of planning and sanitary skills. We ordered and paid and then we're informed they didn't have our sides extreme fries asked if we would take extreme chips instead and we said yes. Waited around for them to finally let us know there were none of those either. After about 6 or 7 tries of trying to refund us letting others pay inbetween we asked if they would just make us something else of equal or lesser value as we'd been there almost 20 mins waiting around... they agreed and as we continued to wait one of the staff serving someone else who was supposed to be in the food prep side came, handled cash and went back to food. That customer in turn walked out due to food prep safety... I will go back, but most certainly not for a few months till they things smooth and sanitary.
Super friendly staff who checked on me twice when it was super busy! Also, came back to offer to make the item I forgot to order during a quiet period. Great service and the food was fresh and tasty!
Honest review. Well the food is okay. Its not wow but its okay. Burrito was soggy when i got home. The owner needs to replace that foil with actual tin foil. The steak looks boiled and chicken looks wierd but honestly the sauces save the dish. Their pulled pork is good. Oh and the restaurant is next to starbucks. A few tips for the owner: get a marker and label the food foil/box before it goes to the cashier. I had to be asked what i got and I don’t know what it is im being charged for exactly. And if a customer asks for a tortilla on the side, just pit it in foil no one wants a huge box with 1 tortilla.
My new favorite place to eat out! Great value for the cost, and a burrito hefty enough to replace a dumbbell during your workout haha. The pulled pork burrito+burrito sauce+bangbang sauce is friggin awesome. The owner is incredibly friendly. Leaves me feeling like this business deserves every penny i spend here!
First visit just after the lunch rush. Got a quesadilla and burrito. Pretty good but the toppings on the quesadilla were pretty tiny. Not much taste.. Make sure you study the menu so you can up the flavour with toppings or sauce. If you go too plain you'll be disappointed. Lovely owners who were very apologetic because they had run out of a few things supply chain.
SO GOOD!!!! I have celiac disease amoung other allergies and I have had three burritos so far with ZERO reactions! The staff are fantastic, its reasonably priced, the food is GREAT, the gluten friendly wrap was actually super yummy, and if you're sensitive to anything they are so accommodating!!!!! I only had Spice Hut in Comox where I felt safe to eat with so many allergies, now I have BarBurrito too Definitely RECOMMEND 100% to my celiac friends!
