Hello it is vey important that if food is healthy and hygienic or not, we are not paying for getting unhygienic food. The owner of this store is not caring about the cleaniness for the store. That is very disgusting and disrespectful for the people who trust that burrito is healthy and brand is getting degraded bcz of alottt of dust and inappropriate about food quality too please i would request if head office can look into matter. There were alot of flies and in food what i ordered it felt like dust Particles in that and it is not one time thing two times its been same. I would request a food quality inspection becz to make sure quality is apt. I just got few pics flies all over the counters but these were also on food
This happened second time at this location. As you can see in the picture, timings mentioned are upto 9 p.m. on 26th December. I reached here at 8. The store was closed. There was one employee inside cleaning and did not respond to knocking. This is very unethical behaviour for a well reputed franchise.
Very unimpressed. Ordering was fine and food was good but I won’t be going back to this establishment. After paying for our food they forced us to pay a second time even after showing PROOF of payment via transactions. Completely unprofessional don’t recommend going here if you want to save your money. Lost 40$ for and extra two burritos we didn’t even order. As a side note the ground beef was extremely soggy and still pink. Not ideal.
I’ve come to this location twice now, the first time I tried a ground beef quesadilla and the ground beef was watery and tasteless. The second time I ordered the crunchy chicken burrito and the chicken was still frozen by the time I started eating it. I’m a fan of other barBURRITO locations but this one has been two misses in a row for me. Will not be returning.
Went in for a burrito asked for a white wrap got told they didn’t have any left and she gave us a whole wheat one instead, which we weren’t okay with… another customer comes in asked for a white wrap and gets it… not sure what the girls problem was working the closing hour on July 21th 2022… Pretty rude if you ask me… if there was a manager on site I suggest talking over with your employees because we didn’t come in wanting rude service but instead it’s what we got. Yes this is an updated review…
I have visited other Bar Burrito locations and the quality was really good so I thought I would give this one a try. I ordered two beef soft&hard shell tacos and two extreme fries. The beef was very soupy, the tomatoes looked to be diced over a day old or overly ripe, and the lettuce was turning brown. I made a comment while I ordered about how the lettuce looked brown, staff just shrugged...so not reassuring to how long it had been sitting there. I would go to BarBurrito in Kitchener again, but not this location unfortunately.
Mediocre food. If you are cheap and have low standards it's an adequate place to fill your stomach in a hurry. Good service at any rate!Service: 4/5
This location messes up items a lot. The churros never have any cinnamon sugar on them and are usually cold, and they frequently mess up orders. I ordered a chicken bowl with rice today, but they didn't put any rice. I normally don't like to leave bad reviews but this has happened a few times from this location and I'm getting kind of annoyed now. I've ordered from several other barburrito locations and they've been great, but this one I've had a few issues with.
Good food, but don't trust their customer service. In June, I placed an order for two burritos through UberEats. Adding guacamole to each and ordering two extra guacamoles on the side added $10 to the order. I then got a call from the store saying that they were out of guacamole and if I would just add a note to the next order, they would provide it for free. As I didn't feel like dealing with the mechanics of UberEats refunds at that moment, I agreed. This week, I ordered again through UberEats, and added a detailed note about the above to the order. That and another note on the order were completely ignored. Don't trust them.
Chips look like someone dumped salt on them. Burrito is flavourless and mediocre quality at best. Quac has no flavour. Beef has clearly been frozen and re heated. No attempt at creating any type of originality with flavour. Your better going to chipotle or burrito boys.
