Fantastic menu. We had the Barbacoa burger, fish burger, steak sandwich and Chicken BLT. 4 adults All the food was excellent quality & came to the table together. The Beet Salad was amazing and after reading the former Reviews on the Bananas Foster, had to have some,it was scrumptious. The coffee,Decaf too,was really good.nServer,Kiana, was a breath of fresh air & wonderfully knowledgeable about the menu and the local farmers that supplied.nAll in all, a pretty lovely restaurant, excellent food, great staff AND CLEAN BATHROOMS WITH DOORS THAT LOCKED.
10/10 both times we’ve been! We came today and also on Dec 30th. On the 30th we were served by Jorax at the bar and it was amazing! Even though you could tell he was slammin’ busy as the restaurant was full, he took time and was very patient selling us the food and drinks, taking his time to explain everything. We came for lunch today and were served just as awesome by Kyra! She was so welcoming and helpful, food and drinks, delish. Just love this place and wish we lived closer than Calgary. We did a dinner on the 30th and lunch on Jan6th. Highly recommend this place for everyone. And props to owners for having such awesome staff and a 5* concept, it works great. 10/10 allllll around!!!
Food was fantastic. I had an amazing time with the service being spot on. Our waters were always filled, without the service being overbearing. The food was amazing too. The pork chop risotto was a tad salty but everything else was spot on. The wagyu carpaccio and banana foster were standouts.nnI highly recommend trying this place for a fancy or even casual night out if anyone is ever in Spruce Grove.
Amazing atmosphere, great friendly service and top notch good. We had the Bacon & Eggs deviled eggs to start, a Barbacoa burger and a 6oz Wagyu cut 110 day dry aged steak with cowboy butter. Delicious.nnWill absolutely go back - one of the best steaks and restaurants in the Edmonton area if not Alberta. Well worth the visit.
We visited Barbacoa on Aug 10, and once again we were very impressed with the food and service. When pulling up to the building it is a bit deceiving but once you enter the door your whole opinion changes! The inside is very nice and the decor is very appealing plus the staff were awesome and the food was fantastic! I would definitely go back here many more times if it was a little closer. I will be back again soon!nNow for the food…. I had the chicken on waffle. The chicken was overcooked a little and the waffle was a bit dry but honestly, I am not complaining though it sounds that way. The taste of the food was great. My wife had Barbacoa Benny and loved it! The coffee was great! Lots of refills. And don’t you just love the plates and cup/oversized saucer?? Love, Love!nThis place is worth visiting!
