Story

Located at the ground floor level of the Hotel, Bar Louis is a stylish, ultra-modern environment for casual and late-night dining, live entertainment and great cocktails. The sleek space was designed by architect William Reue to be “subtle, timeless and elegant.” An enormous Christopher Makos photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon sits behind the bar. The rest of the bar has photography by the Hilton Brothers, a collaboration between Makos and photographer Paul Solberg.

Excellent service - Were able to accommodate a table of 6 on a Saturday evening without previous reservations. Food was delicious despite a little too much salt on the Bone Marrow. Drinks were delightful.

Great little hang. The walls have awesome photos circa studio 54 back in the day. Met some nice genuine folks at the bar. The food and drinks were also fabulous.
The food is consistently well prepared and flavorful, workers hands over awesome service. I liked how neat it is and character. Worth a try.
Bar Louis / Hotel Fauchere is great for Milford. Over the past few years have had some great brunches and dinners here. My wife insists we go for her birthday so she can get sushi pizza. I've always enjoyed the simple breakfast and especially the bacon. Extra great if you can sit outside on the porch.
