I had to place today my Rating and actually do it on the review page because I've done it inside within the website and I have received a response from the owner or Cx service team actually proving that my complaint is exactly the same service. His reply was in French only, and asking what happened.. Precisely that's what happened, that such branch located at Boul Belle rose and boul des laurentides / laval Vimont. when you address the staff in English they reply back in French.. Meaning they do understand well, because their response is actually related or what I am asking about.. However I continue in English which is the language of my preference while being a client of bank national and the conversation in their end continues in French. This i take as a refusal to speak in English within a federal institution. Because banks all over Canada are under federal jurisdiction and therefore they shall provide bilingual services. My actual branch is located in st Leonard; east of Montreal.. Lacordaire and Viau where the services are bilingual. I can't believe that a branch in laval refuses to reply back in English to a cx. And if they do not speak English, they shouldn't be working at a bank. The response that I have received in French was primary at the bank itself.. I am not talking about the French language response by the owner.. The issue is still at the branch.. It is up to you to investigate.. Not up to me the client to write to such email and explain all over again the story. Look at the staff, follow security cameras, install microphones, ask Allophones clients, italians portugueses, who go to this branch which needs bilingual services. Point final madame / sir.
