If I could give 0 stars I would.nnWe changed advisors 3 times.nnWe dealt with this bank and they completely misled us. Fees, failure to give us explanations about the mortgage loan which ultimately turned out to be a line of credit, threatens to lead us into recovery even though we have always made our payments. Even the recovery didn't understand because our file is super beautiful.nYou want a Renovation Loan, don't go to the National Bank.nnTo finally change banks completely and turn to the Caisse which really helped us. Our file is A1 and we found ourselves paying $10,000 in fees in 2 years with all this history to this dear bank.nnIt's nonsense. You want to transfer to another bank to change advisor and he refuses so you continue with deplorable service.nnYou are being misled and it costs a lot of money.
