I have had really good experiences with Alex Bankley. Today I had the misfortune of having his father Stew come for a service call. After waiting a week for the appointment I was told by Stew how customers always underestimate time needed and that he did not have time for my job. Disappointed and frustrated as I had not estimated the job but rather understood Bankley's would do that. He told me he had allotted two hours and it would take atleast six. He then offered to start and come back two or three weeks later to finish leaving me without water. I declined. As he turned to leave I said thanks for nothing. He went off, as he finally left he shouted you are a fuc.ing a.. hole. Not a productive service call.Services: Sewer repair

Stew came out for the second time to our place recently. He and his team were so fantastic the first time around that we called them when we were having low water pressure. We thought it was to replace just our water pump but turns out it was a huge job and we had to dig up our well. They tested everything before having to do that and they were so great about it all. Highly recommend them.
