My satisfaction with every banker at Merrill Lynch and BofA in Dover, NH, consistently exceeds my expectations. I have been their customer for over 15 years, and during that time, I have never left the location without receiving the financial answers I am looking for.nnQuintin, Amy, Mike, Kaycee, Tyler, Heidi, and Patrick are a few of the employees who are always willing to assist. I'm grateful to everyone there including to those who are already retired Rebecca and Dotty.nnIf you are new in town or want to move your accounts to a different bank BofA is without a doubt, the place to go!n_____________________________________
Bank of America and this branch in particular are horrible. Went in last month to replace my debit card, clerk seemed annoyed and tried to just make me change it on the app. that didn’t work and when I asked him to update my mailing address i had just moved he did not. i’ve been on a wild goose chase trying to replace my card for weeks and every time I call that branch or customer service they are completely useless. Do not waste your time with Bank of America. I’m planning on switching banks entirely after I get this sorted out. I’ve been a customer for 12 years and this has just been a horrible experience.
I met with Tyler today at this Dover branch to discuss opening an investing account with Merrill through Bank of America. He was very helpful and thorough in explaining all of my options and getting set up. If you are interested in investing I would definitely schedule a meeting with him. 10/10!
Awful experience at this bank. For one there was an old man who was getting yelled at by the teller and then made eye contact with me and started smiling/laughing. Then when I went up to the counter I was cashing a check she had to charge me a fee because I didn’t have an account. Then she decided it was a good time to ask what bank I was with and then started to make fun of the bank? She asked me if they weren’t good enough to cash a check? Then she would only give me 2 100$ bills and the rest were all 50$ bills. Lastly when I was walking out she told me to either make and account with them or just do it through my own bank. Awful experience I won’t be accepting checks from Bank of America again.
The bank still has an open lobby, with Covid-19 restrictions, and is 100% functional. Other local banks are not. Bravo BofA for striking a balance of safety and functionality.
