Opened accounts to receive promotion, when I asked why I haven't received my promotion money they said"we don't have any information on that". I replied really well here's the representative that signed me up and he said I would receive it. They said I'm sorry there's nothing we can do for you. So my only warning is that don't listen to what they say because they'll tell you what ever you want to hear. This bank has lost all credibility. They need to do the right thing, and do what they say they'll do.

Absolutely horrible hours. How do you expect anyone who works a 9-5 and then mornings on weekends to get in here? You need to expand your hours. Plus when someone does have time to get into the bank they have to sit in the lobby for over a half hour.... every single time. Not ok
