Reviews
I'm always looking for a new establishment to visit. Search on Google and through the reviews photos and so on like millions of other people. Everyone has their own taste and a review can only be written on the day you go there. The staff can be on point, just have an off day or just terrible period. It just all depends on the day and how you react with people. The decor of the place was general, nothing really stood out. Seating area was wide open and nice to not be crowded in manner of sitting too close to other people. Relaxing music in the background. I happen to be there with 5 other patrons. I could eat in peace somewhat. You can tell by my video how loud one group of people were, but beyond control of public restaurant . Service was decent, wasn't horrible. It was in spurts of good services and periods of lacking due to workers chatting amongst themselves and apparently one of the customers must be employed there. Just saw them chatting alot and them going behind the employee area. When asked for items I did get them in a timely manner. There was no rush in order so made it nice and relaxed to be able to look through the menu and choose my order without feeling rushed. I chose my usual order of Bành Mi Sandwich and decided to go with their premium noodle pho with meatballs, tendon, sliced beef and tripe or my go to combination. I have recommend you have it served in the traditional stone bowl. Warning though, this bowl is piping hot, it is literally boiling and was boiling almost the whole time I was eating it. Just be careful not to spill on yourself. They didn't warn me that it was very hot. You can physically just see how hot the bowl of pho broth was. Took a few minutes for it to cool down after infusing the cold bean sprouts, lime, jalapeños and mint leaf. The premium noodles come on a separate plate that is boiled separately which I was was confused at first, but after you put in broth and you stir the noodles around it actually was good and worth the extra charge. It was a very good bowl of pho. I even finished the broth entirely. The sandwich came shortly after. This was a very good sandwich. Pretty authentic tasting Vietnamese Bành Mi sandwich. Cleanliness of the place was pretty good overall. Only complaint is the condiments containers could use some cleaning or just replaced with new ones. Kinda grossed me out just looking at them. Hopefully they are replaced when I drop in again. I really didn't have high expectations when I came in, but really glad I stopped because the pho I ordered was one of the most unique ones I have ever had. It was also one of the best bowl of pho I have ever had. I definitely recommend anyone to try this place. Work out some minor details and I definitely will return for another visit when I'm in this area again. Price point is fair compared to other Pho restaurants.
This is my first time here, but i must say I didn't expect to enjoy the Premium Pho broth so much. The noodles were a perfect combination with the protein options served. I do want to suggest that they wash/properly clean their frequently used condiment bottles on the tables hoisin and Sriracha
I have been coming to this place since the opened and never have I ever had such a bad experience as today. I had called ahead and ordered for pickup. When i arrived at the store I find out that they never even put in my order. I was waiting for 45 MINUTES. For two items. While they continued to serve people who ordered after me. Completely ridiculous, unorganized, and unprofessional. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.
Stopped by randomly and I really liked the boba and the atmosphere.
Came here to try something new, I absolutely loved it! The food was amazing and felt so authentic ! I tried the taro milk tea and was obsessed! The atmosphere was nice. Place is clean. Costumer service was lovely. I believe this place does not get as much recognition as they should. I completely recommend !!!
I was pretty impressed by this place! I was uncertain based on some reviews, but keep in mind my order was takeout. I called and was given a time of 30mins, and I walked out of the door with my food in exactly 30mins. I got the beef flank pho and brown sugar uulong bubble tea. The pho was great, I thought it was nice and flavorful and even more so with the included chili paste they gave on the side. I thought it was a good portion size and I got more meat than I expected. The place ran out of tapioca pearls for my tea and gave me crystal boba instead, which are normally more expensive so I appreciated the gesture. I'll definitely be back!! Side note, they still have their old phone number on their website so call the one listed on Google instead.
Food is great! Service is a bit tricky right now since they just opened up and have to deal with covid but would definitely come back. We got the medium rare beef pho and the lemongrass beef banh mi - both very tasty. Paid $25 after tax and tip priced maybe a bit steep but we left satisfied
I really enjoyed the Pho and wings. It's a nice spot to go for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this place!Food: 5/5
Pretty good Pho, ok Vietnamese coffee, Ban Mi chicken with lemongrass Pretty good newer place needs more atmosphere, and increase amount of Vegetables and spices on the side. I'll probably come back again, no hurry....Food: 3/5
If you’re craving pho, look no further. We ordered the seafood pho, chicken pho, the lemongrass beef banh mi, and the Vietnamese coffee and they were all delicious. The banh mi in particular was perfectly toasted & yummy. Also, the service was excellent & attentive & the restaurant itself has a pleasant, casual, and homey atmosphere. I’m so glad we finally have a good pho spot on the south side!
