My husband and I went after working out at the gym and were really hungry. The owner was our waitress and she was very kind. We ordered the appetizer for 2 first while we decided what else we wanted. The appetizers were great, a variety of flavors and textures. I especially liked the shrimp roll and satay chicken. My husband ordered a red curry with chicken. The bamboo shoots and coconut milk in the curry was great. Rice was extra for dinner. I ordered a pad see ew; the owner told me that it would be thin noodles when I ordered. Usually it's made with thick noodles, but the thin noodles carried a lot of flavor. We both ended up having some leftovers as they were big portions. I would definitely go again in the future.
Excellent restaurant. Quality menu and food tastes great. Service was attentive and friendly. It’s a comfortable place that seats approximately 80 guests. Enjoyed our dinner and recommend it for anyone craving good Thai food.
I enjoyed the food from here. We got the Pad Thai, pineapple fried rice, and the tamarind curry. They were all pretty authentic tasting except the Pad Thai was a little on the sweet side for my preference. I appreciated that they used real pineapple instead of the canned version in the fired rice. We will be returning and trying different dished from this restaurant.
Love the food, it is totally delicious and filling! The staff are very friendly, accomodating and awesome. They made sure that we had the best enjoyable time. Family-friendly atmosphere. We are so glad to come here time and again. Make sure to try out the Pad See Ew dish, the Shrimp Pad Thai, and especially the Pineapple Curry Chicken with rice. It is heaven on a dish! We will be coming back here again. Highly recommended!
First time coming here and it was pretty sweet I have to admit. I had the chicken pad Thai and it was tasty...next time I need to remember to tell them to add some heat to it. The fresh rolls were quite good also. Tea is nice, comes with your own teapot...nice touch. Atmosphere is nice, warm and cozy. A little warm so dress cool. I'll be going back for sure. I didn't catch the owner's name but she is very nice and personable.
We were a little skeptical ordering Thai food in Newmarket as we previously didn’t have great experiences but were pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality of the food here. The only thing I would dock is that their house special Pad Thai barely had any chicken. The chicken coconut soup was delicious.
We had the most pleasant experience dinning in this restaurant. We didn’t expect to find such an authentic Thai restaurant in Newmarket. The service and the food are surprisingly good. The Thai beef salad was so delicious, the best I have ever had. The papaya salad and the curry are also outstanding. Highly recommended.
The service was good. The server was very nice. The food, however, was mediocre at best. Tastes pretty westernized, reminded me a lot of the food from a mall court food. The prices were not from food court, though. Loved two Buddhas at the entrance and many nice shaded lamps all over the restaurant - nice ambiance. Will probably not come back.
If you’re looking for good authentic Thai food, this is the place to go! Hands down the best Pad Thai!! My go to is the shrimp pad thai and spicy beef! I am always craving it! Service and staff is always top notch. Friendly and always willing to make sure you’re taken care of! Highly recommended! :
Had a family birthday here. I tried the yellow curry with chicken, which comes with spring roll and choice of soup. I highly recommend the lemon chicken soup! It's so simple, but so flavourful! The yellow curry with chicken was mildly spicy, so delicious!! Great service also!Food: 5/5
