Just needed to make note of how spectacular the staff was at this location during my six nights in Banff. On two separate occasions, I spoke with the local tourist office person, the Parks rep and the transit system person. ALL could not have been more helpful and friendly. Tourist offices can be hit or miss, but this one really executes customer service at a high level. You made my trip better.nVery much appreciated.
So glad we stopped in here after we got off! If it's your first time here, or you haven't been in a long time, hit them up! They gave us good info on which bus routes we could take, and a general overview of what to do. Wonderful staff! Tons of pamphlets too!
This is a great centre to drop in and get information on the town of Banff and surrounding areas. You can also buy your park pass here or extend your park pass. They do have a lot of merch for sale as well. They have a ton of pamphlets where you can get a lot of information or if you’re just curious about Banff. Staff were very friendly!!
Friendly and accommodating staff. I didn’t get the email for the family’s bus booking and I left my laptop at home so we went to the visitor centre and they helped print out our tickets. The centre is clean and there are signages for you to know where to go or fall in line. Good experience all in all
The staff here are very welcoming and friendly and you can buy tickets for the roaming bus here which you can use until the end of next year. There are also dedicated public washooms for tourists to use.
