If you’re looking for a good Chinese/Japanese fusion place, look no further. We went here on Sunday where they do their all you can eat from 4:00PM - 8:00PM. Usually AYCE or buffets have low quality and lots of quantity and choices, but here at Bambu, there’s an ample amount of choice but the quality is much better than other places. Our waiter, nicknamed Crispy, was amazing. She went above and beyond to meet our needs while providing a positive service and an entertaining attitude!nnWill come back with family. I recommend the Bambu and Riverside sushi. Their Chinese vegetables and chicken fried rice were really good as well. Only item on the menu where I thought was not as good, are the spring rolls. I would avoid them.nnThank you for the food and service!
Came here for dinner, the food is great, the sushi is especially fresh and delicious! Staff were very nice and would definitely recommend this place. Many different options or rice noodle dishes and sashimi and non veg and veg options

I am so sick and tired of these restaurants ripping customers off. we order pick up and the food is good and all but we paid $2.50 cents for spicy mayo on the side and they literally gave us barely a Quarter of this cup full. What an absolute Rip off
Expensive cheap food. It does not cost much to put basil in the rice wrap so that it is somewhat authentic. It’s not fusion. It’s just strip down from the original taste for cost savings. Wasabi didn’t have a hint of mustard spice in it at all.nnService was great though
