The quality and freshness of each item ordered was excellent. Hot, fresh and crisp. Service, atmosphere and cleanliness left nothing to be desired and all at a really fair price for big portions. Looking forward to going back soon
The customer service was terrible and so was the food. Ordered chicken fried rice and ginger beef and I couldn't be any more disappointed. Also the Mango bubble tea was absolute garbage. There Vietnamese spring rolls were decent hence the one star. Never coming back.
This is the worst restaurant in the comox valley. Their services are terrible. Because i asked for a menu and drink and they said order first. The menu’s prices doesn’t include taxes by the way they put extra 2 dollar. The foods are not bad but i can certainly feel that they used bad oil, which i want to say is that they have so bad food quality compared to other restaurants around. I recommend you to go near restaurant instead. near this restaurant there are much more better restaurants.
This was our go to place for years until tonight, staff was rude and food was terrible. Prawns over cooked and the other dishes had no flavour. The cost is insane for the quality of the food now, we won't be back.
We have not eaten here before. Very good food . Very clean restaurant , bathrooms clean , comfortable atmosphere. Only thing is I wish they played Asian music.
Was a pretty poor experience here, told to grab a menu which btw was dirty and sit wherever, no not there um ok u said go sit down, asked what they had to drink, you order food first, so i do polietly, food was mostly ok, ss pork was to crunchy/dry, i accidently dropped my fork, couldnt get a new one because wait staff stayed in kitchen whole time, so i got up and hollered im done.
Staff not really friendly from the minute we walked in.. service was non existent.. No itemized bill, just a total of the bill. After we paid. Before the door closed behind us, the waitress exclaimed “ NO TIP”!!!!!! Unbelievable, it provided our evening entertainment.
Haven't been there in years , a friend gave me two gift certificates so I was able to take a friend for a birthday dinner. Loved the vegetables, battered shrimp, and chicken chow main. Good service and helpful. Check it out. Love the view of the water.
The teen who took our order was condescending and rude. Received the same attitude from an older woman upon pick up, food was mediocre and bland. Save your money or eat elsewhere.
This restaurant is so wonderful! Best Chinese food in the Vally,great service and nice owner! I want to give 10 stars if I could!
