Delighted with this new restaurant in East Village! Great dining experience in this take on fusion food. Staff is very friendly and every single plate is filled with amazing tastes and textures. Definitely worth visiting and will certainly return in the future!

My brother and I made a spontanous visit one cold afteroon and we were not disappointed, the food and service was amazing. We were served by Dimitri and he was brilliant from the start. He's clearly knowledgeable about the entire menu and gave us some great options, clearly explaining why he was recommending them. When my brother asked if they had oat's milk, Dimitri apologised and said no but then on the spot offered a ginger, lemon and mint that was not on menu and that was perfect. We had the Cerviche Delux to start with, that was divine and a melody on the tongue. Then we had the Dragon Maki, Crispy Mozzarella Maki and the Vulcano Maki - all were amazing. Dimitri came back to check on us, and as his previous recommendations were awesome, we decided on one more and he suggested the Salmon Picante, which was perfect. Every dish we had was so tasty and beautifully presented! We will definitely visit again - most likely with more people to try out the rest of the menu!
Definitely recommend Bamboo Mat Stratford we went there for their soft launch last night. Incredible considering it was their first night!
Delicious Peruvian - Japanese fusion. I had the ceviche delux that was packed full of flavours, lamb chops that were melting in the mouth, chicken teriyaki and the hot maki. The Pisco sours were ace too. I'll be back!
I had dinner at this restaurant two days ago and I was very pleased. They just opened and I wanted it to try and I have to say that it was worthy. The food was delicious , the service from Dimitru was excellent and the vibe was very welcoming too. I would definitely recommend it.
Great tasting food! The music was not overpowering so you could have a conversation which is great! Service was friendly but a bit slow, one more waitstaff might have been better. The teriyaki was good, but a bit too salty and the menu was a bit too expensive however getting 6 delicious plates for 2 people for 70£ on a date night isn’t the worst. Overall I’d go back again
