BAM WOOD - Bois Artisanal & Mural

My husband and I are very pleased with BAM Woods services. Yves took in my husband's architectural drawings (Barn door, on fake beam project), priced the necessary material, listen carefully to our color choices and delivered in the discussed delay. The final product was stunning. The installation team did a great job and even went the extra mile to do minor ajustments on site. They were very clean, polite and professionnal. We recommend this company :)

BAM woods did a project for me and the entire process from to finish can only be qualified as exceptional. I contacted them through email with an idea, as I was away in Africa for work I wanted to get a head start on the project. The sales team understood exactly what I wanted and drafted a plan of my vision. The team made my wall and shelves as requested and agreed and delivered installed it within the agreed time. Quite remarkable as they work with actual wood and not prefab parts. We had some adjustments to do and the BAM woods team swiftly addressed them. Considering that these guys are busy and don't work 24/7 I give them a 10-10 for service delivery which is a rare thing nowadays. I'm calling them again to do a kitchen project and expect the same wow factor from them ! Great job, amazing results I'm a happy customer ... returning customer :) cheers and thank you . MP

Terrible! Our initial impression was very good. They promised quality and expertise. Until they get a cash deposit, then they change. They promised 6 week delivery and a collaborative custom table. They couldn't get the stain color correct. We picked two samples which we liked, the table top didn't match. To which the owner said too bad, we can't change it now. They didn't round the corners as per the original plan, the owner said too bad, can't change it now. We had no input for the final dimensions or design of the table legs. They just made them according to what they desired. All of this, not because they rushed the project, or that we didn't have time to confer. They just ignored our input, and delivered it 13 weeks behind schedule, for a total of 19 weeks! Unacceptable. We tried to cancel the order on numerous occasions, on which the owner told us we would have to take him to court for the $600 deposit. Terrible experience. No discount for the terrible service, just threats that they keep the deposit. I emphatically do not recommend this company. Bloody crooks!

Really really really bad service. Ordered some custom wooden shelves based on a model on the floor. The colour was olive (greyish wood tint). Again, this was based on a floor model which was sold before we could snag it ourselves. The order was placed in JULY. It's now October and they had to redo the colour TWICE and still, it's not the colour we ordered. And now, they refuse to reimburse our cash down AND they refuse to re-colour the shelves. I am now stuck with shelves that I didn't order and that don't match AT ALL the wood in my home. Terrible experience - would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I am very happy with my kitchen counters from BAM Wood. The price was competitive and it is a nice piece of craftsmanship. The carpenter who made and installed the counter was extremely friendly, helpful and took pride in his work. He went beyond what was expected of him to assist us. The only reason I took away a star is because it took double the time to receive our product than we had been initially told (which I understand being a small local business but it would have been nice to receive follow ups or compensation for this). Nonetheless we are very pleased with the final product.
