We have had your marina take care of transporting, winterizing and storing our pontoon for a number of years. But this year, under new management, it was a great experience! We received excellent communication from your office on delivery time with the boat delivered to the launch at the time. The man who dropped off the boat was very pleasant and efficient. The boat itself looked absolutely fantastic and ran perfectly! In previous years, we received our boat back in less than satisfactory condition and had to put in a lot of time and effort to get it looking decent. Thank you for doing a great job and we look forward to having you take care of our pontoon next winter!
I bought a boat from a customer at the marina. When I picked it up Carrie, Ocean and the service crew were great!! We ran into a little snag with the trailer, no problem at all. The staff came to the rescue. I totally recommend RPM marine. Thanks. Nate.
Thank you to Kerry and her team! They went above and beyond for us and their customer service is amazing. You rarely see that level of care and support anymore.
Dirty boat! Pictures online look nice. But they are not. The boat was dirty, the seats were ripped and I had to spend an hour cleaning it up. When I picked up the boat, they told me the propeller was new because the last guy destroyed it. When I returned it, they blamed me for extensive engine damage and took my deposit. Should have read the reviews here since lots of people have had the same experience.
