Dr. Balleza has been our family dentist for many years. Her and her staff have always gone above and beyond -- they genuinely care about their patients and they are all very friendly and courteous of your time. It is always a delight to visit their clinic. They make you feel comfortable and they are so good with kids, easing their anxiousness and fears. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

Ok so I was very traumatized by the dentist when I was a kid. Other dentists never used enough freezing on me and I would feel everything, it was awful. So obviously as an adult still terrified they were so accommodating for my fears. After they gave me freezing to fill three cavaties it seemed like it wasn't going to work with the maximum dose but alas it did and I was cruising and numb as ice. Not only that they gave me laughing gas to make my experience less anxious. It made the whole appointment go by so quickly and they even cracked a few jokes, which when under the influence of laughing gas I don't recommend as I snorted at one of the jokes while they were working in my mouth . This was the first positive dentist experience I've ever had and I will always be using this clinic from now on.

Getting an appointment was not a problem in this clinic in Surrey. Ladies at the front are nice. I got a cleaning and the hygienist was great. I also brought my kid along for a simple exo. Her second front tooth is wiggly and her permanent tooth already came out. She is afraid of the dentist and when the dentist couldn't stick a needle on her gums, she LITERALLY STOOD UP AND WALKED OUT of her chair and left. She didn't even say a word to me. the cda had to deal with my daughter she was nice but LITERALLY PULLED HER WIGGLY TOOTH WITH HER HAND. Although the cda was nice I was so shocked. I was super offended by the dentist, no post op instructions nothing. Even if she was annoyed by my crying kid she should have been more professional. I was standing right there in the corner. My poor child is super traumatized by her and she should not see kids for dental tx. And that dentist know I'm not exaggerating this. That's exactly how it happened. TERRIBLE. I'm not recommending this clinic for kids.
