Ball Park Ice Cream

The portion sizes were generous, and the flavors were good. The Oreo waffles were the highlight of my visit – absolutely delicious. However, the pistachio ice cream tasted quite artificial. I would recommend going for the raspberry ripple or coconut ice cream, which I've had previously. The venue offers plenty of seating inside, and the servers are friendly. A fun feature is the opportunity to spin a wheel for a chance to win prizes like 10% off or a free scoop of ice cream when you spend £20 or more.

I came with family to Big licks situated in a good location next the famous akbars. Place is very clean and ordered quite a lot of things such as loaded fries, the beef patty burger and also the chicken burger both come where you can choose style you want it made and have various options. Service from staff is great an super friendly with ample seating area an also boasts a pool table for people waiting for food to be made. The food on a whole was nice although my kids were looking forward to the deserts but when we went they had allt of the ice creams finished but never the less still got some waffles an desserts an kids were happy. Overall the place is lovely and food is tasty and pricing ot bad either. Good going guys keep up the great work.

Absolutely amazing place, great food reasonably priced, great staff, great service, great atmosphere. Restaurant theme is very modern/retro. We came in the day before our planned visit to check out the menu, Gabby made use feel welcome straight away. Pointing out their current deals and offers. Gabby was a very polite and happy server. We will definitely be back to experience this level of customer service.

We had an amazing experience eating here. We are in Manchester on a birthday trip for my 13 year old brother and Big Licks is bar far the best place we have eaten. The staff are so lovely and the food is second to none. Best burger I have ever had and I would highly recommend to anyone. Kid-friendliness: Although my brother is very tall for his age he is only 13 years old and the staff were really kind and welcoming to him. He and my partner enjoyed a game of pool together aswell.

I’ve had burgers from here, it’s my first time getting a milkshake and cookie dough from here. The banana milkshake was banging but the cookie dough was undercooked significantly which made it look like this and made it distasteful…

Went to Big Licks with my family while we where on holiday, first time there and I wasn’t disappointed. The place is amazing. We ordered some ice cream, so many flavours, brill selection. We also ordered dessert. The staff behind the counter were friendly and patient with us, again there are so many flavours of ice cream I couldn’t choose. We sat at one of the booths, really comfortable and I didn’t feel like people were sitting on your knee. There was a great buzz about the place. The place was busy and the staff were great. The staff brought us our ice cream and desert and they looked delicious food I wanted to face plant it. Ice cream was so creamy and the dessert was just brill the chocolate sauce white and dark was dynamite. Seen someone order a burger never tried but look brill. All in all it was a great place with a fresh vibe and we loved our food. Staff were brill. Big Licks if we are ever in Manchester again we will be back.

Visited here for the first time. We were quickly seated by a friendly front of house staff who was very informative and chatty he recommended the smash burger the Cajun fries. We ordered 2 smash burgers which to our surprise were upgraded for free to doubles, Cajun fries and salted fries and chicken nuggets. The food took quite a while to come the taste was good but unfortunately the fries were cold so we didn’t finish them. The smash burgers tasted great but I would recommend the buns are toasted and less sauce is put on the burgers, also the patties needed to be left on a few moments longer. The chicken nuggets were of good quality and had a good percentage of breast meat instead of processed junk. Service was great all the staff here are friendly and happy to help. I would return and maybe try the chicken burger next time.

If you're looking for a burger joint that has it all, Big Licks is the place to go! I recently tried their Double Smash Angus Beef Burger with Cajun Fries, and I must say, I was extremely impressed. The burger was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of toppings to make it a fulfilling meal. And to top it all off, I decided to try one of their ice creams for dessert, and it did not disappoint. It was a sweet treat that perfectly complemented the savoury meal I just had. I must say, the employees there were some of the friendliest and nicest individuals I have ever encountered. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with warm smiles and welcoming attitudes. Overall, I give Big Licks a solid 4.5 stars. The food was spectacular and exceeded my expectations, especially compared to their competitors. I highly recommend trying out this restaurant - I know I'll definitely be going back!

After many years I've now got a new favorite Smash burger in Manchester! Competition for smash burgers in Manchester is crazy and many hyped up ones did let me down. This didn't. Much of the reason for this is the quality of the meat which stands out. The quad done up spicy wasn't overly meaty and was well balanced. For sure one of the best burgers I've had lately. Cajun fries were nice and crunchy but did lack some salt for me. Their shakes were tasty so they make for a nice sweet ending.
