Never got into the office because due to construction traffic I was late and the office refused to see me. They said I was a no show, even though I was standing in front of them, after 15min. I tried calling twice when I got off the river road however receptionist stated since I did not leave a message it did not matter. I'm an RN so I understand people being late is inconvenient but there are exceptions. They now refuse to see me as a patient period due to this issue and my entire family currently goes to this office.

Dr Baldeck took my husband and Me as patients when we found ourselves without a doctor. Even though we did love our previous doctor, we are so lucky and very pleased to have Dr Baldeck looking after us. He and his staff are very personable, kind and professional. Kudos to all of them ❤️

Dr Baldeck is an extremely educated and intelligent care provider. He is very personable, and really cares about what is going on with his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Baldeck!
