Been coming here for awhile now to get therapeutic massages from Azra. She is amazing and I really like the essential oils that she uses. She applies the right amount of pressure and really takes the time to work on my main areas of concern. Unlike other massage therapists, she listens and also recommends natural remedies for pain relief and illness. Even though it's a bit far from my house, I make the time to visit this clinic. The staff are all so great and they genuinely care. Good service. Pleasant experience every time I visit and I'm looking forward to next time.
I have been coming here for over 6 months now and Lisa is simply amazing, the attention to detail and the help I have recieved from the office has been amazing. I would recommend complete balance center to anyone, whether it's a massage or stretching they cator for everyone. Mine was a concussion and this office has been the best!! Thank you all to Complete Balance Center.
Complete Balance Health Centre has diminished the discomfort and dizziness from the concussion injury I had in the summer. Lisa was my physiotherapist, and was very patient with me. My vertigo is not as bad as before and I appreciate the help from the amazing staff! Shoutout to Rose and Dr. Fung :!
Complete Balance Health Center has really professional and amazing practioners. They were able to help with my back pain as well as help me recover with my broken foot. Would defintly recommend Caroline for acupuncture, Yaro for chiropodist, and Satish for physiotherapy.
The clinic staff is excellent! I went to the clinic because I had fractured my foot; Miles was responsible for my treatment. He's a great professional and would always be proactive in scheduling our appointments and performing the exercises with me during the sessions, ensuring I would be able to do it by myself at home. Today, I can work out and run with no pain! I’m very happy with the results!
I am an intern at Complete Balance Health Centre, and my experience here has been amazing. All the practitioners have been very welcoming and all show a passion to help their community. Dr. Fung is very knowledgeable, and working with him has grown my skills and experience in the chiropractic field. The patients are all nice as well!
This place severely injured my friend. Dr. James is responsible, she continues to suffer because of an adjustment he did in October 2019. We are both in our early 20s. I watched her health decline after a session with him, she lost a lot of mobility and was/is still in a lot of pain. Dr. James had her review and photos taken down, and blocked her on Instagram. He has not acknowledged or helped her so far.
Dr James and team are amazing, they handle all my daughters needs. My daughter plays high level soccer and complete balance have the services in 1 area is amazing. A special thanks to Dr James in handing my daughter concussion and to his physio team for the weekly treatments on her legs.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like the acupuncturist in particular. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is the pricing for some services is a bit higher than other places
This place caused severe injuries to my friend in October 2019 when she came in for an adjustment. Unfortunately, the pain she endured continues to persist today and sadly has debilitated her day-to-day life as her school life, social life, and financial well-being have been compromised. Dr. James, who performed her adjustment in 2019, continues to ignore her situation, has blocked her on Instagram, and previously had her review taken down. I sincerely hope my friend's injuries are recognized and rightfully compensated by Dr. James and the Complete Balance Health Centre.
