If I could give no stars I would. Every single time I try to reach my doctor I have to take my entire 30min lunch to do so, and 9/10 times even thats not long enough. The phone holding system has glitches, you know this, I know you know this because I voiced my displeasures with a receptionist after calling/being on hold for 46 minutes just to book a simple appointment and she informed me that most of the time calls dont even go through to their end; meaning the patient sits on the phone waiting for someone who isn't actually receiving a phone call. This needs to be addressed. It is absolutely unacceptable that it takes the better part of an hour to have a 30 second conversation in which you're rushed off the phone anyways. Piss poor patient care.
