Visited on our way through Peterborough and we so impressed. Frosted cookies , macaroons and dirt bombs: all delicious! Great service - had a wonderful chat with the server - very kind. Could not recommend this little haven of sweet treats more.
Outstanding cake! Just beautiful. We went there with two days notice and they made it happen!
Why isn't this place closer to me?! When driving to this location, there is plenty of parking next to the building. At the time when I visited, only 3 customers were in at a time. I ordered a special bran muffin lovely, almond croissant awesome, and a pumpkin whoopie pie bomb.com. I honestly think I'd like to try one of everything here, it's all good I'm definitely leaning towards their whoopie pie as my favorite. Service was very helpful in explaining what everything was.

I had a birthday cake made and it was fabulous! Amy was so helpful and came up with a great design. The pricing is reasonable and the cake itself was delicious. Would definitely order agin :
This place has a huge variety. Nice selection of bagels, plenty of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. It's a welcome addition to The eclectic collection of unique shops in Peterborough's Depot Square.
This is my go-to quick breakfast service spot. The coffee is good, the pastries are amazing and always very varied. The breakfast sandwiches are outstanding. They always have unique flavors. I love the Jalapeno Cheddar bagel. The staff is attentive and friendly. They put out samples, and I have tried many new things that way. As for sandwiches, I recommend adding the house special mustard on it. Anytime a visitor comes to town, I take them here. Since it's a quick service, seating is limited. You can sit outside in nice weather and there are a feew seats at the window counter.
I’ve been there twice and final since new management. Service is slow as molasses. The woman at counter can’t seem to handle more than 1 customer and she clearly needs help behind counter. First time I was there under new management, I paid for my items and she proceeded to help the next customer without giving me my items and had me wait. This last time I was the only customer, paid for my items - the phone rang and she had me stand there waiting an excessive amount of time while she took a phone call instead of putting them on hold and giving me my items. When I told her just to refund me because I couldn’t wait any longer she didn’t know how to refund me and again had me wait until she could find somebody to help her.
So I ordered custom cake and only had two requests. Which were to have chocolate frosting with vanilla cake. Second request was that cake to be colored blue or pink for gender reveal. I didn't get either request instead I got vanilla frosting and colored frosting due to executive design decision according to owner of bakery. The cake was not edible, no one at party wanted to eat after one bite. Too much buttercream frosting too. The cake was too dense and dry. I did receive a $10 refund with an attitude when I asked why my requests weren't met. After the tasting of the cake I was just embarrassed I wasted everyone's time and my money on this. I have also ordered a few times from them and twice they got bagel orders wrong.
Very happy with my custom cake! They matched the photo I found online exactly. The cake tasted great and the frosting was equally as wonderful. The price was also shockingly lower than I expected.
