Great service with a willing to help as much as possible. I had excellent service from the store manager Francis. The only reason I did not put 5 stars is because they did not install the items in my house for me.
Great service after sale from the manager store of brossard. They sold my problem of my shower after send email with the picture and with all the description of my problem. Now, everything is fine. Now, I can finally close the wall of my toilette. I am happy now. Good place to shop.
Francis was amazing, professional and very friendly. He gave us lot of information, answered all our questions and gave great advise about what to buy!
I received excellent service and continued support from Arturo Cruz. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He also went above and beyond many times. We are redoing our bathroom, and he has proven to us time and time again that we made a good choice choosing Bain Depot, working with him, and purchasing vanity. One thing I can say, he never made us feel like strangers. If you decide to shop there, I recommend you ask for Arturo Cruz.

i strolled around this place for 20 mknutes but no one seemed to care to come help me find a mirror to my baghroom. they have good quality bathroom stuff but poor service
I walked in thinking I wasnt going to get answers based on other bath depot experiences at other locations and i must say Francis was a great help! When I walked in and told him i wasnt sure hed be able to help he took it as a challenge and eas determined to make sure i left satisfied. Thank you so much for your help, patience and dedication !!!
hi, i recently visited BainDepot Brossard, had a good experience, the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the products, making recommendations. The service was good, i had quite a few questions concerning installation and they remained patient with me.
Disappointing quality and service. Be careful with this brand/store. The initial saving on the product purchase is tempting, but will possibly result in a costlier experience in time, efforts and money. I bought a shower column picture below at the Brossard store. Less than 2 years later not two decades..., the water coming out of the shower was starting to turn into a rusty color and the problem kept aggravating. The interior of the shower valves was surprisingly filled with rust. This model has now been discontinued and all replacement products available have different size and fittings, requiring new holes to be drilled into the porcelain wall at different places. Asking the store to at least help me find an alternative so I don't have to hire a professional to change damaged tiles, their definitive solution is for me to "patch the old holes" in the porcelain cause they can't do anything else for me. The manager was nice, simply not truly helpful nor proactive. To consider before settling for Bain Depot.
My mother and I received excellent service and continued support from Giovanni Tiscia even after our order was complete. He was very kind, patient, and knowledgable about their products and their competitors. Not that, he also went above and beyond many times. We are redoing our bathroom, and he has proven to us time and time again that we made a good choice choosing Bain Depot, working with him, and purchasing most of our items: shower, linen cabinet, vanity, mirror, faucets and accessories. One thing we both can say, he never made us feel like strangers. If you decide to shop there, I recommend you ask for him.
