We had the pleasure of meeting Karen and sitting down with her and discussing how to buy a property for the first time. Gave us some great information about this particular property and how to obtain more. In the long run she saved our skin as she was able to uncover some things that we either overlooked or omitted. Cosy little office in a cosy part of town.

Friendly but horrible service. bought a house using them. unorganized. files everywhere out in the open. nothing put away. had to call all the time to stay on top of them. last minute always. new to buying house, didn't help me through the process at all. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I wouldn't of even gotten a copy of the contract at all had I not called them to ask for it......again.
