The ingredients we use in our recipes are raised and harvested by our neighbours and friends, ensuring fresh, great tasting seasonal ingredients for our recipes. We like to know our producers, and encourage our staff and guests to visit them to better understand the work that goes into mindful farming, and why thoughtfully produced food tastes so much better! Our team is proudly taking an active role in our community by sponsoring, hosting and participating in our local farmers’ markets. We even grow most of our herbs and salad greens right in our own backyard. Be sure to wander around our property before you take off on your next adventure!
