Bagels Plus

Standard bagel fare which is fine with me. I don't believe in bagel sandwiches so I can't comment on that. Seating is somewhat limited but it is spacious. I have noticed a tendency for them to be out of some types of bagels fairly early in the day.

The bagels are pretty dense here. Not chewy. Great selection of bagels and bagel sandwiches, but the bagels are just lacking a step in the baking process that would create lighter, airier, chewier feel. Oh well. The coffee is Green Mountain which is nice. The service is fast. The prices are moderate. Good place for a fast breakfast or lunch. Also, a note the owner, your responses here should be edited to better represent your company. Do a little research on how best to handle negative reviews because, as it is, your replies are terribly unprofessional. While you're at it, look up the definition of social media. You're using the term incorrectly in your replies. Google Maps is not social media.

after some feedback from a friend and some negative experiences myself I was hesitant to go back to this place but decided to give it one more try. Food is fine, timing is fine, but the attitude from the staff is ridiculous. Along with the consistent tone of disgust from the woman working the register, the complete inability of management to accept any review that isn't positive is insulting. Yes, I absolutely will take to social media, where I believe my review will be noticed and addressed better. Yes, I've had a bad day, everyone has. Who are you, as a place of business, to tell a customer that your employee's "bad day" (even though this attitude is consistent) is more important than customer service. I understand things happen and sometimes people snap. "But rather than going to social media" to respond to a review you didn't like, you could have chosen to address the problem directly where it began. Have a nice day.

Always provided with excellent customer service. One of the girls there recognized us after we had gone in only 3 times or so and already knew our order. Their garlic artichoke and parmesan cream cheese is the best!!
